岸田内閣が｢ﾜｸﾁﾝ･検査ﾊﾟｯｹｰｼﾞ｣制度の要綱案が分科会で了承されたと報じられている｡その内容として､･ﾜｸﾁﾝの接種証明は2回目の接種から14日以上経過したことの確認を条件として有効期限は定めない｡･検査での陰性証明はPCR検査などを推奨し､有効期限は検体の採取日から3日以内とする｡が伝えられている｡政府が｢ﾜｸﾁﾝ･検査ﾊﾟｯｹｰｼﾞ｣制度を創設するのは､新型ｺﾛﾅの感染が再拡大した場合でも､経済社会活動との両立を図る必要があるとして､ﾜｸﾁﾝ接種や検査による陰性の証明を示す｢ﾜｸﾁﾝ･検査ﾊﾟｯｹｰｼﾞ｣制度を活用して行動制限を緩和するためだという｡行動制限緩和の要件としてﾜｸﾁﾝ接種または陰性証明を位置づける｡さらに､GoToﾄﾗﾍﾞﾙ事業などの政府による利益供与施策の要件にも...
