条件：
次に掲げる事項を全て満たす方
（1）昭和44年4月2日以降に生まれた方
（2）学校教育法による大学（短期大学を除く）を卒業した方又は平成27年3月31日までに卒業する見込みの方
（3）次のいずれかに関する主著者である研究論文､主編者である調査報告等を､学会誌､大学等の研究紀要､自治体等公的機関の発刊する報告書､その他学術的な専門誌等に発表するなどの実績を有する方
･ ｢ｱｲﾇ語･ｱｲﾇ口承文芸研究｣を志望する方
ｱｲﾇ語あるいはｱｲﾇ口承文芸に関するもの
･ ｢ｱｲﾇの民
