2025/02/05さて､昨日は職場Hで仕事の一日でしたかね｡朝はほぼいつも通りに起き出しましたけれども｡なんか調子は少し微妙な朝でしたかね......まぁ､動けないわけでもないんですけれども｡ただ､なんか最近腸の動くﾀｲﾐﾝｸﾞがいつもと狂っているようでして､いつも寝る前にﾊﾟｳﾁの中身を捨てるんですが､どうもそんなに量が出ず､代わりに朝がすごいことになるという｡なんですかねぇ......別に食べるものを変えたわけじゃないんですが｡となると体の方の問題となるになるということになる.....まぁ､出てこないのが最低最悪なので､そうなっていないのは良いのでしょうけれども｡まぁ､でもﾀｲﾐﾝｸﾞがずれるというのはちと生活面で戸惑うことになるんですよね......で､まぁとりあえずいつも通りに過ごしてから､出勤しましたかね｡職場についてからは一息ついて仕事でしたが｡午前中は書類仕事の方のﾁ
