2024年12月21日 (土)警察を民営化したらやくざである(再掲)その他白ふくろうさんがこんなことを呟いていたので､もう15年近くも前の本ﾌﾞﾛｸﾞでのやり取りを思い出してしまいました｡なんでも民営化論者でも､警察部門の完全民営化を打ち出す人って見たことがないんだけど､どんな問題があるんだろう｡あと､消防も聞かないな｡それがいたんです｡警察を民営化したらやくざであるﾘﾊﾞﾀﾘｱﾝと呼ばれたがる人々はどうしてこうも基本的な社会認識がいかがなものかなのだろうかと思ってしまうのですが､http://d.hatena.ne.jp/kurakenya/20100818（警察を民営化したならば）警察とは一国の法ｼｽﾃﾑによって暴力の行使が合法化されたところの暴力装置ですから､それを民営化するということは､民間の団体が暴力行使しても良いということを意味するだけです｡つまり､やくざの全面的合法
