･これは東京だけじゃないと思うのですが､道に沿った植え込みに､あちこちの公園や庭に､つつじの花が惜しみなく咲いています､満開です｡かなり強いﾋﾟﾝｸのが多いけれど､赤や白もあって､目に入る景色の数％くらいはつつじような気さえします｡桜にくらべて低い位置に咲いているせいか､さんざん桜の花見をしたあとなので､主役の出番が終わった舞台のように､観客の気持ちが薄れてしまっているのか､わざわざ見ようとしなくても近所のどこにもあるし､まとまって咲いている場がないからなのか､人がつつじの花のことを話題にもしていません｡もちろん｢つつじ前線｣なんてﾆｭｰｽにもならない｡でもなぁ､毎年思っているんですよ､ぼかぁ｡ｲﾝﾊﾞｳﾝﾄﾞの方々よ､つつじはどうでしょう､と｡いま日本に観光にくると､つつじがすごいよ､と｡まぁ､つつじの花のかたちをしたお菓子もないし､つつじの香りのお茶もないし
