▽いとう Diary 〜 academic and private ●04/21 14:04 ＊この記事は私の予想以上に読まれているようです｡趣旨を明確にするために修正･補足をしました｡商事法務2387号（2025年）54頁に､｢会社法研究者養成の現状と課題｣という匿名のｺﾗﾑが掲載された｡このｺﾗﾑの､会社法研究者養成のために各大学で行われている工夫等に関する記述には､特に異存もない｡しかし､このｺﾗﾑに描かれる｢会社法研究者養成の現状｣には､そのｲﾒｰｼﾞの正確性に疑問を感じざるを得ない｡(3)会社法研究者の養成に関して注目すべきこととして､いったん弁護士など実務家として社会に出た後､大学に戻り研究者となるという例が多数ある｡(1)会社法研究者の多くは､ﾌﾟﾛの研究者として巣立った後､比較的早い段階で､日本私法学会の大会で個別報告というお披露目をする｡(2)そこで､2024年の日本私法学会大会から遡って10回分（2020年はｺﾛﾅのために開催されなかったので､その年を除いて
