[東京新聞] ｺﾛﾅと避難所 雑魚寝の解消､今こそ (2020年04月22日)
ｺﾛﾅ禍の中､地震や水害など避難が必要な災害が起きたら｡その想定のもと国や地方自治体は備えを分厚くすることが急務だ｡雑魚寝が解消できていない避難所の現状を変える契機にもしたい｡
千葉県鴨川市は十三日､大雨で土砂災害の危険が高まっているとして､三十四世帯八十人に避難勧告を出し､三ｶ所で避難所を設置した｡入り口でﾏｽｸの配布や検温､手の消毒ができる準備をし､保健師が待機した｡避難所は換気をし､二ﾒｰﾄﾙ以上の距離を保ってもらう準備もした｡実際に避難した人はいなかった｡
十八日には関東地方で大雨や洪水警報が出た｡新型ｺﾛﾅｳｲﾙｽの感染拡大を防止しながら､災害から命を守る手だてを早急に考え､準備を進める必要がある｡
