世界最大のｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞﾓｰﾙはどこでしょう？
世界最大のｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞﾓｰﾙは､中国･東莞市にある｢新華南ﾓｰﾙ｣です｡総床面積は950万平方ﾌｨｰﾄ（88万7,833m〓）で､もともとは710万平方ﾌｨｰﾄ（65万6,000m〓）の面積がありました｡しかし､交通ｱｸｾｽの悪さや4階建ての見栄えのしない内装など様々な理由でﾃﾅﾝﾄが集まらず､2005年以降はその半分しか完成･開業していない｡ このﾓｰﾙは､台湾のLandsea Holdings Co.Ltd.という会社が､東莞市郊外の農場に覆われていた土地に建設を開始したのが始まりです｡2005年6月にｵｰﾌﾟﾝした第1期は､総床面積が651,000m〓（710万平方ﾌｨｰﾄ）｡第1期の建設費は3億米ﾄﾞﾙで､IMAXｼｱﾀｰなどが含まれています｡しかし､2008年にはﾓｰﾙの半分以下のｽﾍﾟｰｽしか使用されていませんでした｡ その理由としては､香港やｾﾝﾄﾗﾙの2倍の価格､窓の数が少ないことによる視認性の悪さ､幹線道路に面していないことによる交通の便の悪さ､4階建ての魅力的でないｲﾝﾃﾘｱﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝなどが挙げられます｡また､大規模な商業施設を建設することが法的に問題ないのかという疑問もありました｡これらの不足に対応するため､ﾓｰﾙのｵｰﾅｰは4億米ﾄﾞﾙの拡張工事に着手し､410万平方ﾌｨｰﾄ（388,000m〓）の小売ｽﾍﾟｰｽを追加し､1階部分を卸売ｾﾝﾀｰにする予定です｡ 2009年12月9日､東莞警察は､新華南ﾓｰﾙで火災を起こした容疑で2人の男を逮捕しました｡この火事で消防士1名が死亡､6名が負傷した｡これは､ﾗﾝﾄﾞｼｰ･ﾎｰﾙﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞｽの中国でのﾌﾟﾛｼﾞｪｸﾄにおいて､3ｶ月以内に2件目の重大な事故であった｡8月23日には､広州の別のﾓｰﾙ｢ｺﾞｰﾙﾃﾞﾝ･ﾘｿｰｽ｣の建設中に作業員が感電死している｡ 新華南ﾓｰﾙのｵｰﾅｰは現在､第3段階の資金調達のために外部の投資家を探していますが､これはﾃﾅﾝﾄの誘致や資金調達に失敗したためです｡世界最大のｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞﾓｰﾙは､中国･東莞市の｢新華南ﾓｰﾙ｣｡延べ床面積は950万平方ﾌｨｰﾄ（887,833m〓）で､当初は710万平方ﾌｨｰﾄ（656,000m〓）の面積がありました｡しかし､交通ｱｸｾｽの悪さや4階建ての魅力的でない内装など､さまざまな理由でﾃﾅﾝ
