米価高騰もコメ不足も構造問題 戦後８０年、食の基盤が崩れている
今年は戦後80年です。戦後体制を作ってきた仕組みがいたるところできしみ、崩れています。そのひとつに主食のコメの問題があります。コメに異変が起こっていることが表面化したのは24年夏からですから 、そろそろ1年近くになります。小売段階で2倍に高騰したコメはその後もじり高を続け、品薄感も続いています。そればかりでなくこの傾向は新米がとれるこの秋の以降も続くという一部流通業界筋の見立てさえ出ています。消費者にとってコメは安いものというのが当たり前の光景でした。うって変わった状況が目の前にあります。一体何が起こったのか、以下見ていきます。（大野和興）（2025/05/19 20:13）
