記憶力：どう維持するかｶﾃｺﾞﾘｰ: Thought for the day2025年4月26日先日､昔からの友人と飲む機会があった｡串焼きのｺｰｽを頼み､生ﾋﾞｰﾙを飲みながらゆっくりと話をした｡彼とは同い年で､互いにﾏｽｺﾐに身を置く身なので､共有できる話が多いだけでなく､価値観が似ているという点でも貴重な友である｡夜もふけてきた頃､私は自身の汚点を曝け出すように｢記憶力が衰えてきた｣という話を切り出した｡最近､とみに力が落ちてきたと述べると､彼は｢私なんか10年前からだから｣と慰めてくれるようなことを言う｡｢名前は思い出せないし､昨日あったことさえも思い出せないことがある｣と私を喜ばせるようなことを話す｡さらに二人で記憶についての話を続けているうち､私は以前記憶力が落ちてきたという自覚がでてきたとき､記憶について詳しい内科医のもとを訪ねた話をした｡大脳のMRI（核磁気共鳴画像
