▽National Competition Council ●05/07 22:45 APA’s Application for 15-year no coverage determination –Final recommendation and decisionOn 10 April 2024 the Hon Reece Whitby MLA Minister for Energy; Environment; Climate Action (WA) made a decision in accordance with the Councils final recommendation that the Northern Goldfields Interconnect (NGI) gas pipeline be exempt from coverage for a period of 15 years.
