■著作権侵害の非親告罪化の流れ
この3月8日にTPPに関連した著作権法改正案が国会に提出された節目の機会なので､2006年〜現在までの著作権侵害の非親告罪化の流れを表にまとめた｡なお､これについては､福井健策弁護士の下記のまとめも必読である｡

2006年11月 知的財産戦略本部･知的創造ｻｲｸﾙ専門調査会が､海賊版対策として著作権侵害の非親告罪化を提言
2006年12月 ｱﾒﾘｶから日本に対する年次改革要望書に｢非親告罪化｣が盛り込まれる
2007年5月 ｢知的財産計画推進計画2007｣でも､海賊版対策として｢親告罪を見直す｣と記述
2007年6月 文化審議会著作権分科会法制問題小委員会にて､法務省･警察庁ともに｢著作権侵害が親告罪
