7/24第36回定期大会2023年度運動方針を確立今後の組織のあり方論議へ7月14日､全国農団労は第36回定期大会を都内で開催した｡新型ｺﾛﾅは感染症法の5類に引き下げられたものの､感染防止に配慮し今回も代議員のみの開催とした｡定期大会に提案された全ての議案が承認された｡確立された2023年度運動方針では､まず第一にこれまで協議してきた｢今後の全国組織のあり方｣（運動方針1）を主体的な運動とする｡また､将来にわたり農協が存続するため､これまで農協経営を支えてきた信用･共済事業収益の悪化をふまえ､各事業改革をはじめとした農協革新や農業再建の取り組み強化を基本とした運動の展開（運動方針2）をもう一つの柱に据える｡この二つを柱として2023年度は運動を展開することになる｡運動方針1では､今後の組織のあり方についての議論の他､｢産別機能の強化と労働組合の力量向上をめざす｣を掲げている｡
