年末に｢日本学術会議の在り方をめぐる有識者懇談会｣が最終報告を出した｡同会議は年間10億円の税金を受け取るだけでなく､文科省予算4兆円／年に影響力を持ち､科研費2,300億円の行方を決める日本学術振興会と深い関係（ｺｲﾝの裏表）にある｡それでいて｢共産党の牙城｣とあだ名された不思議な組織（*1）である｡ただ現在の構成員（200余名）の多くが法科･政治関係で､電気･電子系研究者は彼らに比べて100倍以上なりにくいという｡これでは（医療や原子力などの）科学的課題に対応できなくて当たり前だ｡今後構成員を最大350人まで増やすともあるが､増やさなくても文理の比率を変えれば良い｡今後の社会課題の解決を目指すなら､
