東京ｵﾘﾝﾋﾟｯｸ2021を開催するため最低限の案

｢ｵﾘﾝﾋﾟｯｸを開催出来るように考えよう！｣という人はいるのですが､具体案を見かけないので､開催可能にするための案を考えてみました｡
ｵﾘﾝﾋﾟｯｸの組織委員会が観客を入れることにこだわっていたりするので､医療従事者が500人必要だよね｡｡｡とか言ってたりします｡
ｺﾛﾅ禍でそもそも医療従事者が足りないので､大阪では入院出来なくて自宅待機で亡くなる人が出ていたりします｡｢それならｵﾘﾝﾋﾟｯｸ中止しろよ！｣という意見が出るのは当然だと思います｡
ただ､中止にすると､放映権料やｽﾎﾟﾝｻｰ料の返還などでIOCは数千億円の負債を抱えることになります｡すでにお金を受け取っちゃってるので､､､
｢IOCが借金抱えてたって知ったことないよ｡｣という意見は残念ながら間違っ
