派遣業界

ｸﾞｯﾄﾞｳｨﾙがいよいよ廃業に向かっているようです｡

いろいろな意味でｸﾞﾚｰな面が多すぎる会社でしたので､事実上の当局のお取り潰しです(実際そう聞いています)｡
とはいっても､人材派遣業は､とりわけ日雇いの分野では､派遣がほぼ全面違法だった頃の｢手配師｣の名残を残した業界で､同業者やｸﾗｲｱﾝﾄの性質上真っ白に運営するのは非常に難しい性質がありますので一概に非難はできません｡(ﾔｸｻﾞのような派遣会社はｺﾞﾛｺﾞﾛあります)
また､今までの派遣業法は守られていない法律の代表格のようなもので､無免許人材派遣やら偽装請負やらが町に蔓延している実態がありました｡今からこれをすべて法律に則って正常化しようとしても､立ち行かない業界が出てきたりするので
