The first editions of several Norwegian Internet newspapers are no longer available, and scholars of digital design have difficulties finding homepages that were published before 1995.
These are two examples that illustrate why The National Library of Norway has started "Paradigma" - a project that will collect and preserve Norway’s digital cultural heritage for future generations.

News: We have a new release of the CGI script and Web pagesused for the TOM ConversionService. You can install this on your own web site, alongwith the TOM Toolkit for Perl, and users visiting your site can use itto convert documents. (The conversions themselves are not included,but we include documentation on where to get some, and you can alsolink to converters elsewhere in the TOM network.)For
