ﾊﾝｶﾞﾘｰ国会､改憲案を可決2025-04-16 Wed 10:13ﾊﾝｶﾞﾘｰ国会は､14日､ｵﾙﾊﾞｰﾝ（ｵﾙﾊﾞﾝとも）･ｳﾞｨｸﾄﾙ首相率いるﾌｨﾃﾞｽ-KDNP連立与党によって提案された｢ﾊﾝｶﾞﾘｰ基本法（憲法に相当）｣改正案を賛成140票､反対21票での圧倒的多数で可決しました｡今回の改正は､2011年の基本法公布以来15回目となるもので､子どもの道徳的･身体的･精神的発達の権利は､平和的な集会への参加を含め､生命権以外のあらゆる基本的権利に優先すると謳っており､その結果､18歳未満の未成年者に対する同性愛の“描写または宣伝”を禁止する児童保護法を根拠として､LGBTQ+の活動家が開催する公共ｲﾍﾞﾝﾄは禁止となる可能性があります｡というわけで､今日はこんなﾓﾉを持ってきました｡（画像はｸﾘｯｸで拡大されます）これは､2011年4月25日､ﾊﾝｶﾞﾘｰが発行した｢ﾊﾝｶﾞﾘｰ新基本法公布
