▽akamac book review ●04/14 11:27 2025-04-131033斎藤元彦兵庫県知事はﾊﾟﾜﾊﾗも認めていないintermezzo兵庫県の内部告発文書問題は百条委員会報告書が兵庫県議会で了承され（3月5日），また第三者委員会報告が提出され（3月19日），いずれもいくつかのﾊﾟﾜﾊﾗ行為と元県民局長の告発が真実や真実相当性を認定し公益通報者保護法違反であるとした｡これにたいし，斎藤知事は前者については｢ひとつの見解｣，後者については｢真摯に受け止める｣を何度も繰り返した｡とくに，第三者委員会報告についてﾊﾟﾜﾊﾗが5項目認定されたことについて聞かれた直後｢不快に思われたことにたいしてお詫びする｣と発言したことから，ﾃﾚﾋﾞや新聞では斎藤知事がﾊﾟﾜﾊﾗを初めて認めたと報じるとともに，公益通報者保護法違反を認めないことから社説などで知事は辞任すべきであると一斉に批判された｡知事辞任論は正論だが，ﾊﾟﾜﾊﾗを初めて認めたとするには事実誤認
