｢沢庵を細く切って胡麻を振る｣同じ沢庵でもいつも通りに拍子木に切るのと写真のように切るのでは､どことなく味が違います｡写真のは細切りにして､ちょっとだけ醤油を垂らして混ぜて胡麻を振って混ぜてから盛り付けたものです｡沢庵の切りかたは幾通りもあり､拍子木や短冊は繊維に沿って切るので歯応えがあり､輪切りは繊維を断つので噛み切りやすいです｡写真の沢庵はかなり薄い輪切りにしてからそれをさらに細く切ったので､食べやすさに関しては優等生と思います｡子供のころ､ばあちゃんが沢庵を樽に漬けていました｡それだけでは足りずにうちの沢庵がなくなると店で買うのですが､うちの沢庵は白いのに店の沢庵はきれいな黄色でした｡黄色の沢庵が好きだなあと当時は思っていましたが､自家製の値打ちがわからない罰当たりな子供です｡本当にもう､ばあちゃん､ごめん｡写真の沢庵は駅向こうの八百屋で売っている｢薩
