We all deal with the stress of the holidays in different ways. Some people seem to just breeze through it with no problems what so ever. Some of us go from one stress to the next. Still others totally flake out and become total Scrooges and swear all the Holidays off.

ジェイコムの誤発注問題でいろいろ論議を呼んでいる。
私も、ネットで株売買をする際に、誤入力したらどうなるのかなと
思っていたところ、この事件がタイムリーに起きた。
東証はつい先日のシステムダウン事件に続き今回の事件であるから東証は
あと一回システム障害を起こしたら終わりだろう。
スリーストライクノックアウトの原理だ。
東証とか大証というのは、せりの市場を提供している一会社に過ぎないから
東証が潰れても別に不思議はないが、そうなったとき、どうなるのかはわからない。
しかしこういった事件でも上っ面の上っ面しか報道されないし、しかるべき技術の分かる人間が
新聞、TV、マスコミで一切コメントしないのはなぜだろう。
ド素人があーだこーだ言っても事実は何も見えてこない。
私の記憶では、東証のシステムはもともとTandemNonStopという超並列コンピューターを大規模に導入していた。
それを最近、Tandemから富士通のシステムに乗り換えたのではなかったかと思う。
＃これはタンデム（現ＨＰ）が日本市場から撤退するからだろう。
システムの初期不良といってしまえばそれまでだろうが、最高度の信頼性が要求される
システムであるからミスが許されない。が、ミスの存在しないシステムはこれまたあり得ないから
コンピューターはやっかいだ。もし、コンピュータープログラムの完全性が機械的に
チェックできるのであれば、プログラムミスなどあり得ないのだが、このような完全性をチェックするプログラムは数学的に、つまり原理的に不可能であることが証明されている。
ネットで見ると、いわゆる事故の原因予測のようなものはいろいろな人間がしている。

Ｎシステムは、すべての車両の移動をTVカメラとコンピュータによって監視・記録保存する、警察庁による国民監視システムです。
わたしたちの調査によれば，平成9年4月現在全国約400地点で常時、運転者／助手席同乗者を含む車両前面が撮影され，ナンバーが判読され、通過日付・時間と共に記録され保存されています。
国民自身の監視のために、自身の税金が、平成7年単年度予算だけでも200億円以上(内補正予算分190億円)が投入されたと推測されます。
1986年(昭和61年)以降、累計400億円にのぼる国民の税金が投入されたものと思われます。
スピード取り締まりなどではありません。
あなたの車を含む、全自動車の毎日の移動そのものが監視され記録され保存されているのです。ナンバーをつけている車に例外はありません。
車を運転する一般国民が、具体的犯罪の容疑者でもない段階から犯罪予防・抑止の名目で一方的に移動状況を監視され、記録され、保存されているのです。
警察庁は『国民移動監視システム・Nシステム』の具体的情報開示を「犯罪捜査の必要上」と称し、行いません。
わたしたちは独自の調査を行った結果、Nシステムは憲法その他の法令に違反し国民の基本的人権を侵害する重大な権力暴走であるとの結論に至りました。
その調査結果を示したこのホームページは広く国民的議論を喚起するために作成したものであります。
